This option is perfect for the highly-motivated, or someone who isn't quite ready to commit to a total health optimization but is desperate to discover more insights into their physical issues.
Together we will review as much of your life and health history as we can in a 60-minute phone call, and then I will get to work digging into the available research and holistic approaches to help shift the needle towards self healing. With the protocol that I design, you will be empowered to take action steps independently.
If you later decide to engage in the total health optimization option, the cost will be reduced by the amount already paid for the holistic health investigation.
Step 1:
After purchasing you will receive an onboarding email and asked to complete health history forms designed to gather as much up-front information as possible, ranging from the details of your presenting problem or goal, your diet and exercise history, personal life history, relevant personality factors, and many other factors.
You will receive access to our membership portal where materials are available for lifetime access and our growing healing community can chat to discuss your journeys together. I will lead monthly group meetings to talk about some of the modalities and practices you will be implementing.
Step 2:
You will then be sent an email to schedule our video call or (in-person meeting if possible) between one and two hours to review these assessments, dive deeply into your history, your health issues, your life. The more open and receptive you are to this process, the more accurately I can design an effective protocol for you to follow on your own.
Step 3:
Following our intake call, I will get right to work delving into the current available research on your presenting issue. Let’s say you’ve come to me suffering with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome—a notoriously nebulous and mysterious set of symptoms that inflicts unspeakable dysfunction and suffering to the sufferer.
I may know a thing or two about this condition, but I certainly don’t know everything.
I start by reading all of the relevant journal articles and health resources about it. I then compile all of the information that is pertinent to your case and share them with you with short summaries within a longer document so that you may glean what is most important. (has your doctor ever done that for you??)
Whatever you’ve told me about your treatment, your current lifestyle, and the measures you’ve taken to mitigate your condition will take precedence with regard to the research I present….followed by the things you haven’t tried or are unaware of that may provide relief or healing.
Within this research there almost always are lifestyle factors that influence the symptoms or quality of life you experience. We will explore the most doable and achievable options together so that you can achieve quicker relief.
For instance, if we find that severe symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is highly correlated with carbohydrate consumption, but in our discussion we’ve discovered that you’ve done low-carb diets in the past and failed miserably both with adherence and results, I’m NOT going to make you quit carbs!
What I might do is explore the carbs you are eating, decrease the ones that you can do without, make sensible swaps, and also switch over to organic options if your budget allows.
We'll also explore some ways to encourage your body to heal by raising your energy levels with different techniques like breathing, specific movements, stress mitigation via EFT or similar techniques, maybe even sound frequency healing or crystal energies.
This is why I say our program is tailored. It doesn’t make any sense for me to assign something you won’t do or will have a difficult time implementing or don't feel internally aligned with.
We will only make changes that you feel confident in making. Period.
Step 4:
You get to work! You will an email with a curated document, replete with comprehensive information on your presenting problem, action steps, and tailored recommendations to start implementing right away.
Step 5 (and beyond):
Every healing journey is unpredictable and moves at different speeds. If you feel called to continue and dig deeper, you may opt to dive deeper with an HTMA or perhaps enroll in the Total Health Optimization program and receive more tailored, long-term guidance via the guidance of the Encompass Pathways Philosophy.
