But, while a "specialist" may know a whole lot about one thing, they tend to not know a heck of a lot about anything else--certainly not how one aspect of your life experience and symptomology influences the very thing that they're proclaiming mastery of.

Yes! But it generally doesn't look past the physical influences in your world. We shouldn't minimize how material aspects can impact your physical health, however, it is one element of many overlapping, equally-weighted dynamics.

These may include nervous system regulation, reframing thought patterns, examining habits and routines that may be misaligned, and purifying your internal and external environment by removing toxic stressors and introducing supportive, restorative elements.

Over time, this process supports greater self-trust, resilience, and clarity — allowing physical health to emerge as a natural expression of deeper balance.

What “Navigation” Really Means

Encompass Holistic Health Navigation invites you into a journey that redefines what health really means to you — personally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Most health and wellness programs focus narrowly on physical markers. I have roots in and respect for naturopathy, and HTMA is in fact a functional health test. But often these approaches focus solely on physical elements.

Your health story is deeper. It’s informed by beliefs, emotional patterns, stress responses, life balance, and even tension you may not consciously recognize. That’s why our program goes beyond symptom management - I will help you understand your inner landscape and cultivate your own health intuition.

Navigation is not instruction. It’s partnership.

Together, we:

  • Explore emotional and mental contributors

  • Use data as a compass, not a crutch

As a a neutral third-party and someone experienced in pattern-recognition with regard to health outcomes, I serve as your beacon. An alert system, if you will.

My job is to bring into your awareness the elements that you are too close to see. We all live with a degree of denial. It's human!

Allow me to gently guide you into a new way of looking at yourself and the world around you. If a suggestion doesn't feel right to you, I encourage you to say so.

Your body and soul's wisdom is transcendent and, indeed, superior to anything I might perceive, even with the best of intentions. What you need most at any given moment will resonate.

Energetic Recalibration

The profound effects of the gentle, yet powerful channeling of Reiki Healing cannot be understated. Sometimes, one healing session is all it takes to clear a block, open a channel or chakra, or allow stuck somatic energy to move more freely. This isn't a cure-all, but it is a beautiful start to every healing process.

Whole‑Self Awareness

By gathering all the data--diet, sleep, relationships, and more, you learn how physical symptoms connect to emotional patterns, stress responses, and belief systems.

Bio‑Individual Insight

Use HTMA and other data points to reveal mineral imbalances, stress patterns, and metabolic trends.

Integrative Lifestyle Alignment

Nutrition, supplementation, nervous system regulation, sleep, movement, environmental influences, thought and emotion vigilance, and routine/rhythm observation all inform practices and changes tailored to you.

Intuition Development

This is not about perfection — it’s about regulation, resilience, and long‑term balance.

The Steps Of The Journey

1. Reiki Healing. This transformative energy work doesn't have to be done in person. The Universal Life Force transcends space and time. However, we will arrange a coordinated time for the healing to take place so you may stay relaxed and attuned to the energy influx.

2. Health History. You will receive health and life history questionnaires to fill out. This is so important not only for the informed consent process, but so that we can explore all relevant areas of influencing your present circumstances.

This will go further in-depth than any other intake. We will take into account your diet, of course, but you will send daily photos the first week of each meal. We will dissect and discuss each component and intuitively narrow down what should stay, what needs to go, and what can be added.

We will ascertain other influences that may be affecting your health such as:

  • Water purity

  • Hormone disrupting chemicals and toxins in the environment

  • EMFs and energetic flow of your home and work spaces

  • Sleep quality

  • Mindfulness and awareness gaps

  • Generational trauma

  • Work-life balance

  • Relationship health

  • Emotional triggers

  • and more...

3. HTMA Sample Collection. Your HTMA hair collection materials will be sent in the mail with clear directions. When you receive the materials, the faster you can collect and send back the sample the faster we can get to the deep work. (This step is integral to the process, however, if you would rather not pursue this screening test, we can skip it and I will adjust the price accordingly. Just note that most of what lies in hiding can be uncovered through this step)

4. Initial Intake. While we wait for your results, we will arrange a time to review your health history and develop a rapport and foundation of trust. I want to get to know you!

5. Homework. You will also receive some homework to do while we wait for your HTMA results. There are always some things that immediately reveal themselves that can be addressed. But the real work will start when we receive the HTMA data.

6. Results Review and Recs. I will analyze the results (including any recent bloodwork that you can include) and compile them in an easy-to-understand, tailored report, and will include the program designed for you to follow for at least 12 weeks.

If in the analysis I determine that it may be helpful for you to pursue additional testing beyond HTMA, that will be detailed.

7. Scheduled Check-Ins. We will again arrange a time to review these results and program over a video call that I will record for future reference. From there on out we will meet weekly for a check-in call to see how things are going, both with regard to my recommendations and any life conflicts, circumstances, or stressors that warrant addressing.

8. Communication. I will be available via email or text to ask any brief questions or raise concerns as they come it, whether that's specific to recommendations or if you simply had something come up and need guidance. I'm here for it.

9. Ongoing Support.

I work with you in an intuitively way employing whatever modalities that feel aligned with your personality, skills, and state of being. There are a myriad of approaches that can be useful to calm the nervous system, question limiting beliefs, and level-up your health. You will decide what resonates most and provide feedback about how it's all working so we continue to learn and grow together.

This isn't typical coaching. I'm on call to intuitively guide you through the challenges, and ultimately empower you to make choices in your life that are in service to your highest good. The reward is improved physical health, optimal balance, and ongoing harmony in your life.

There isn't a medical professional who can or will provide this level of care or insight. While it is necessary for me to state that I am not a medical professional, what you can be assured of is that I take no recommendation lightly and will always defer to your inner guidance system first.

As you would expect, you are encouraged to discuss any changes or physical implementations with your regular provider.

This is not a program driven by ego, rigid ideology, or one-size-fits-all solutions.

When additional testing, practitioner support, or specialized care is warranted, recommendations are made transparently and without attachment. The focus is always on what best supports your health — not on retaining control or forcing a singular approach.

I work with you to meet your body’s immediate needs by stabilizing the nervous system, identifying mineral needs or heavy metal presence and address lifestyle factors to effectively heal the body. HTMA provides the foundational baseline assessment for uncovering the root causes of physical problems.
